FOR CLINICIANS & PROFESSIONALS
professional development
Every therapist does things a little differently and we can all benefit from learning new ways to help and support folx healing from trauma. As a consultant specializing in psychological trauma and integrative treatment approaches, I have had the privilege of supporting clinicians in applying evidence-based protocols, preventing burnout, and promoting harm reduction practices within their practice. Clinicians often seek consultation to build confidence in tackling deeper work, incorporating structure into their clinical approach, and effectively managing complex case presentations.
EDUCATION AND
trainings
Continued learning is key to staying engaged and effective as a therapist. I offer a variety of educational opportunities, from in-depth trainings to interactive workshops, covering topics such as moral injury, ethical considerations, burnout prevention, case conceptualization, crisis evaluation, and level of care assessment. Fostering professional resilience, harm reduction, and clinical competency in supervision and consultation is the goal in providing quality mentorship for clinicians.

IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL
clinical consultation
Working therapeutically with non-ordinary states of consciousness, with or without psychedelics, fosters a deeply integrative healing process, accessing mind, body, and energy. Thoughtful treatment planning is crucial for effective trauma care.
As a trauma specialist, I offer individual and group clinical consultation for healthcare professionals, both in-person and virtually. With decades of diverse clinical experience, my consultation style is warm, direct, and often infused with humor. This sacred work is approached with reverence as we grow together as healers.

Currently, my practice supports EMDR Certification, Approved Consultant Mentoring and Consultation, and Trauma Integration Foundations Consultation.
I find a unique balance in holding clinicians to high standards of care, cultural competence and honoring the integrity of EMDRIA and the TIP Models code of ethics while understanding that everyone learns differently and has a unique pace for the time it can take to master structured techniques for working with PTSD. Whether you are looking for support with building therapy skills, expanding your impact as a practitioner, or need support with embodying an anti-oppressive framework, my mentorship approach can help you meet your goals.
